The short version: this site collects almost nothing. Checkout happens with our payment processor, we use your email to keep you posted and handle refunds, and we don't run ads or sell data.
01What we collect
- Checkout details. When you buy a membership, checkout is handled by RevenueCat and its payment partners. They collect your email address and payment details; we receive your email and purchase record. We never see or store your card details.
- Emails you send us. If you contact support@lyrin.ai, we keep the correspondence.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs to serve and protect the site. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or third-party analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the page fetches an anonymous sales counter; those requests carry standard technical metadata (like your IP address) to those providers.
02How we use it
Your email and purchase record are used to deliver what you bought: purchase confirmation, development updates, launch-day onboarding, renewal and refund handling, and membership communications. That's it.
04Your choices
You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time via the link in any email. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@lyrin.ai and we'll sort it out.
05Account & data deletion
You can delete your Mirror account and the personal information tied to it at any time. In the app, go to Account → Delete account — this removes your profile, contact details, preferences, and revokes and erases any stored brokerage connection immediately. No app yet, or prefer email? Write to support@lyrin.ai from the address on your account and we'll do the same. Purchase records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires; everything else is deleted within 30 days.
06Changes
If this policy changes materially before launch, we'll note the change here and email members. The app, when it launches, will ship with its own privacy policy covering brokerage connections.
